Information

Rick Guest is arguably the pre-eminent dance photographer of his generation, and with his long time collaborator Olivia Pomp, seeks to create a lasting legacy for this most ephemeral of art forms through his photographic celebration of what Martha Graham so aptly called "The Language of the Soul".

Combining the eye of an artist and the precision timing of an athlete, he seeks to both capture and immortalise this transient art form and its breath-taking practitioners.

With several sell-out solo shows under his belt, his work is now held in many prestigious private collections and national institutions across the world, including The Royal Opera House and The National Portrait Gallery in his home country.

Rick continues to work with many of the world's greatest dancers and dance companies, including The Royal Ballet, English National Ballet, The Richard Alston Dance Company, Company Wayne McGregor, The Dresden Semperoper Ballett and The National Ballet of Canada amongst others, as well as such luminary choreographers as Christopher Wheeldon, Arthur Pita and Wayne McGregor.

In purchasing either books or prints you are actively supporting his mission create a concrete and lasting legacy for these incredible dancers and their art.

Many Thanks.
